Birthday...

I've been meaning to write this blog for forever (ok, not for forever but since July) and here I am finally getting around to it. On July 24th this summer I turned 31, and for my 31st birthday I flew out to Minnesota to see one of my bestest, dearest friends in the whole world, MOLLIE!
Mollie and I go back to high school some 15 years now (eek), and even though there have been times in the last 15 years where we lost touch with each other, I got in her car at the airport this July and it's as if we hadn't missed a beat in each others lives. I felt like we were teenagers again sneaking off to the bar, except at this point we are twice the age we where in high school and now both have kids of our own.

Long story short I feel blessed to have Mollie back in my life.
She once introduced to someone special in high school and being the sh**-head I was in back then I let them go but it's pretty incredible how the universe has a way of bringing things around full circle. These last few months have brought some very special, and incredible people back into my life, Mollie being one of them!

Love this girl!

Meaning To....

I've been meaning to post pictures of the finished wall at the office for a while now but it seems like every time I remember I'm either not near a computer or something else gets in the way. Well ...here it is, we decided not to do different patio layouts on top, those are going in a different spot but we did put some large slabs on top so we could display our furniture. Now, on to the next 1,000 different projects I have in mind for around here... only that's going to have to wait till tomorrow, the lil one is not feeling well so my mama went and picked her up from school and I'm heading to the doc with her in a few hours to get her checked out. Don't think it's anything major just chest congestion , runny nose but no fever. Nothing a little rest and TLC wont fix! I love the fact that everything is finally starting to turn green. Green makes every thing look better! :)

break #1....

Six weeks.....that's how long she has to have this thing on. It didn't happen playing pond hockey, it didn't happen skiing, it happen tripping down the sidewalk. I mean....REALLY!?!?! Much Love!

2013.......

Aaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!  What a spectacular, awesome, fantastic year. SO much to be thankful for but looking ahead I'm ready to kick some booty in 2014.  We got the chance to spend the holidays with family and I hope you all got to do the same! We've been on the go-go-go schedule so it was nice to slow things down a bit and enjoy each others company. I feel like there is so much to catch up on in the last few weeks but it seems like it's best to just move forward!!! Lots to look forward to in the next few weeks of the new year, Stella has her first race coming up this weekend, a race the following weekend and to add to the mix I have two of our largest shows of the year coming up for work. Flying by the seat of our pants..........Woot! Christmas Day skiing has turned into one of my most favorite family traditions!!   ....and of course Christmas Eve with the family is always great too!!!! It's so rare that we end up at the same mountain (not on a race ...
