Along with all the book keeping, managing, billing, shipping, purchasing, inventory and ordering I do, I found time today to start working on a design for my first sweater for the 2013-14 collection. Exciting stuff!! It's always awesome when you have someone that's been in the business for as long as Walter has behind you, pushing, inspiring and teaching you (me). I feel very blessed. I'm always keeping an eye out for styles, colors and designs that I love. I've decided to go with a very organic color of alpaca (no dyes) and go a little old school in my design....will post pics and ideas soon!!!
After taking the last 4 days off I felt a little buried at work this morning with a stack piled high on my desk but one by one I made it through and had an super productive day. Wish ALL days went this way! ;) Among all the things I have to do tomorrow, along with some more designing I get to plan a super huge party for our 25th Anniversary of the company......lovin what I do!!!!
