Stella has had a bit of a cold the last few days so we use the one and only remedy that really works.....mom and dads concoction of mixing organic honey with organic cinnamon! A few tea spoons every few hours and within no time you're feeling like a champ. It's a bit strong so to cut down on the taste eat a banana with it. Trust me it helps!
Local, Lyons Colorado honey and some yummy cinnamon.
I saw this online the other day and thought it was a fantastic idea. Some lemon wedges, honey and cinamon mixed in a jar and frozen. Then when the time is right a spoon full in some hot water and you have some wonderful, super healthy tea!
On another note.... check out the leaves right outside out fromt door. The trees are exploding in color and do you know what that means?!?! SNOW is on the way! Woo Hoo!
