another day in paradise....

Town has been a bit busy the last week with all the people in for the 4th of July and for that Art Walk this weekend, but that hasn't stopped us from enjoying all that Breck has to offer. We took a lovely stroll into town today to do some serious people watching, let the girls run around town, sit on the deck of the Uller restaurant and enjoy some fried food, and live music! It's been a bit overcast the last few days and we've been getting some much needed rain showers, but today we timed it right and dodge the rain.

The River Walk Center has all sorts of great outdoor art.

Troy cruising the back side of Main St.

They were selling these guys on Main. How cool are they?!? All hand made (except for the wheels) but the seat looks a little hard!

Stella and Noel cruising behind Troy...

Silly girl!

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend thus far.
Love and Gratitude.

Meaning To....

I've been meaning to post pictures of the finished wall at the office for a while now but it seems like every time I remember I'm either not near a computer or something else gets in the way. Well ...here it is, we decided not to do different patio layouts on top, those are going in a different spot but we did put some large slabs on top so we could display our furniture. Now, on to the next 1,000 different projects I have in mind for around here... only that's going to have to wait till tomorrow, the lil one is not feeling well so my mama went and picked her up from school and I'm heading to the doc with her in a few hours to get her checked out. Don't think it's anything major just chest congestion , runny nose but no fever. Nothing a little rest and TLC wont fix! I love the fact that everything is finally starting to turn green. Green makes every thing look better! :)

Ski Team!

A few weeks ago Stella started training with the Eldora Ski Team every Saturday. Now Saturday's can't come soon enough. I get up at 6 and get Stella up at 6:30 and we are out the door by 7. Usually we get up to Eldora around 8:30 after making a stop to get mama coffee and Stella and donut or two! :) By 9am Stella is ripping up the slopes with her coach (Dave) and 5 other little girls her age. She is having such a blast it's hard to believe we didn't do this sooner. I never noticed these signs before and thought it was pretty cool the ski area was showing some love to the local ski programs. Stella proceed to then inform me that they've been there for quite some time. Oops! :) Stella and two of her little ski buddies! Stella ripping up the GS course! At the end of the day which is usually at 3 all the kids have to help tear down the course. Stella is doing such an awesome job that it makes me one proud mama. Much Love!!!

on fire tonight.....

Sending out life force, strength and love! Sometimes we all need a little boost!  Love and Gratitude!
