Love and gratitude, two of my favorite words. I use them a lot to express their most simplest form. I have love and gratitude for so many things and people in my life, including YOU. I always end my blog posts with love and gratitude to also express that no matter how big or small or ups or down we have in our lives, we are blessed to have those experiences. I even have love and gratitude for the negatives in our lives, and either you get it or you don't. We've all had our dark moments in life but there are two types of people that either thrive on the negative or choose to be free and thankful. There will always be people with so much negativity in their hearts and head that they have created an unfullfillable space that nothing will fulfill them, and all I can do is send them LOVE and GRATITUDE and hope someday they will be fulfilled.
The definition of love: Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachmet. Love is also a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection; and "the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". Love may also be described as actions towards others (or oneself) based on compassion, or as actions towards others based on affection.
The definition of Gratitude: Gratitude, thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling, emotion or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive. The experience of gratitude has historically been a focus of several world religions, and has been considered extensively by moral philosophers such as Adam Smith. The systematic study of gratitude within psychology only began around the year 2000, possibly because psychology has traditionally been focused more on understanding distress rather than understanding positive emotions. However, with the advent of the positive psychology movement, gratitude has become a mainstream focus of psychological research. The study of gratitude within psychology has focused on the understanding of the short term experience of the emotion of gratitude (state gratitude), individual differences in how frequently people feel gratitude (traitgratitude), and the relationship between these two aspects.
It's pretty simple....
As ALWAYS, LOVE and GRATITUDE.
