Mountain of Honor.

Saturday, the family and a bunch of other ski industry / CU Ski Team supporters met at the club level entrance of the football stadium for the placing and dedication of this massive piece of stone (pictured below). The Mountain of Honor has two members thus far, Bob Beatie and Bill Marolt. Both icons in the ski world and both former CU Ski Team members.

Stella, Tommy, Dad and I....mom was taking the picture! :)

Believe it or not CU actually won on Saturday. It was a fun game but we left at 1/2 time to hurry up to the house because Stella and I were having a sleep over with Randy and Espen. Once we all got to the house the two little one rode 4-wheelers and jumped on the tramp while we (adults :)) hung out and made dinner with my parents. What a great Saturday it was. We got up early on Sunday and had a very chill day, it was a great weekend to say the least.
Hope everyone had a good weekend as well....it's now off to work on a cold rainy/snowy Monday morning! Love Monday mornings like this!

Meaning To....

I've been meaning to post pictures of the finished wall at the office for a while now but it seems like every time I remember I'm either not near a computer or something else gets in the way. Well ...here it is, we decided not to do different patio layouts on top, those are going in a different spot but we did put some large slabs on top so we could display our furniture. Now, on to the next 1,000 different projects I have in mind for around here... only that's going to have to wait till tomorrow, the lil one is not feeling well so my mama went and picked her up from school and I'm heading to the doc with her in a few hours to get her checked out. Don't think it's anything major just chest congestion , runny nose but no fever. Nothing a little rest and TLC wont fix! I love the fact that everything is finally starting to turn green. Green makes every thing look better! :)

break #1....

Six weeks.....that's how long she has to have this thing on. It didn't happen playing pond hockey, it didn't happen skiing, it happen tripping down the sidewalk. I mean....REALLY!?!?! Much Love!

2013.......

Aaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!  What a spectacular, awesome, fantastic year. SO much to be thankful for but looking ahead I'm ready to kick some booty in 2014.  We got the chance to spend the holidays with family and I hope you all got to do the same! We've been on the go-go-go schedule so it was nice to slow things down a bit and enjoy each others company. I feel like there is so much to catch up on in the last few weeks but it seems like it's best to just move forward!!! Lots to look forward to in the next few weeks of the new year, Stella has her first race coming up this weekend, a race the following weekend and to add to the mix I have two of our largest shows of the year coming up for work. Flying by the seat of our pants..........Woot! Christmas Day skiing has turned into one of my most favorite family traditions!!   ....and of course Christmas Eve with the family is always great too!!!! It's so rare that we end up at the same mountain (not on a race ...
