Whew....

What a week. The preconception of taking it easy during summer break does not apply in this family. Apparently when summer break comes along we seem to get busier. Stella started a 3 1/2 week summer school booster program and tennis camp this last week. My poor mom has logged more hours in the car driving between Estes and Boulder then I think she's logged in the last two months.
We are busier then ever at work but with all this rain the last few weeks, all of our quarries are flooded and we're unable to pull the rock that we need. Luckily we have kick ass customers and they understand that we have no control over Mother Nature. We were getting a little worried at the beginning of our busy season that things weren't picking up but the worry only lasted for a minute and now we're in full swing!
Stella ripping the ball across the net. My lil one ROCKS! :)
Stella, Ryan, Connor and I at our favorite sushi spot for Ryan's last night in town on Saturday.
We had a pretty chill weekend. We spent a lot of time in a few different parks and had a few good meals with a few good friends. Ryan had his last weekend in Colorado before moving back to Texas and spent all of Saturday with Connor, Stella and I. :(
So.......Here is my shout out for the week because with the schedule I'm keeping, who knows when I'll be writing again.
Thank you Babi, don't know what Stella and I would do with out you!
Ryan....tater-tot, Conn-ie and I miss you already!
Hope everyone has a fantastic week!

Meaning To....

I've been meaning to post pictures of the finished wall at the office for a while now but it seems like every time I remember I'm either not near a computer or something else gets in the way. Well ...here it is, we decided not to do different patio layouts on top, those are going in a different spot but we did put some large slabs on top so we could display our furniture. Now, on to the next 1,000 different projects I have in mind for around here... only that's going to have to wait till tomorrow, the lil one is not feeling well so my mama went and picked her up from school and I'm heading to the doc with her in a few hours to get her checked out. Don't think it's anything major just chest congestion , runny nose but no fever. Nothing a little rest and TLC wont fix! I love the fact that everything is finally starting to turn green. Green makes every thing look better! :)

break #1....

Six weeks.....that's how long she has to have this thing on. It didn't happen playing pond hockey, it didn't happen skiing, it happen tripping down the sidewalk. I mean....REALLY!?!?! Much Love!

vegas....

This week has been INSANE! We are in the process of getting ready for one of our largest shows in Vegas that the boys leave for on Saturday. It's one of two shows that we do where we get to put our best foot forward and amaze all the buyers for all the boutiques that we sell to. So we have to get it right. With all the new samples that we have been getting from Peru, having to choose a new line has been tough, too many amazing choices to choose from!  Scary, but this is an alpaca sweater that we produced in the 80's and I just happend upon it while digging around in the warehouse the other day. Trust me we've had a HUGE evolution in our sweaters since then! Still fun to see!  Our new line of cottons. We've got two racks that we are sifting through to find the top 30!  On another note, check out Stella and my dad at the top of Hood with some of the CU kids. She sounds like she's having a blast! Missing her a bunch but we get to see her on Saturday. ...
