Whew...

This weekend started on Friday morning when Stella got a snow day and an extra day off of school. We packed up our things and headed down to Connor's at noon for what was to be a fun filled weekend! In came more snow then we've seen in quite a while and it was fun to snuggle in for the night with a good movie, some dance moves, and a yummy pork roast.

Arriving at Connor's house!

The snow we've been waiting for!

Bundling up for the ride to the grocery store!

Stella bustin out some dance moves while we were cooking dinner!

Snugglin on the couch watching a movie!
Then came Saturday morning and time for an ER trip! I'd had a stomach ache since Thursday and Friday night was almost unbearable. Connor was a trooper and stayed up with me to keep an eye on me. I couldn't take it any longer and by Saturday morning we were off to hospital. Long story short.... I had a cyst rupture in stomach and it cause a little damage but nothing like a good dose of Daludin (sp??) a really crazy pain killer to make the hurt stop. There was not much the docs could do for me since the cyst had already ruptured just reassure me that it wasn't my appendix and that besides the pain I was going to be okay!

Here is a AWFUL picture from the ER, really drugged up! Thank You Tommy for hangin out with the lil one and making it a lot easier on us!

So here we are Sunday afternoon relaxed and takin it easy out in the sunshine. Connor went up to Vail with boys to catch OAR in concert for the last day of skiing. Stella and I headed back up to the house and on our way stopped in and grabbed some pho. (Our Sunday tradition when we have time)

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABI!!!!!!!!

Meaning To....

I've been meaning to post pictures of the finished wall at the office for a while now but it seems like every time I remember I'm either not near a computer or something else gets in the way. Well ...here it is, we decided not to do different patio layouts on top, those are going in a different spot but we did put some large slabs on top so we could display our furniture. Now, on to the next 1,000 different projects I have in mind for around here... only that's going to have to wait till tomorrow, the lil one is not feeling well so my mama went and picked her up from school and I'm heading to the doc with her in a few hours to get her checked out. Don't think it's anything major just chest congestion , runny nose but no fever. Nothing a little rest and TLC wont fix! I love the fact that everything is finally starting to turn green. Green makes every thing look better! :)

break #1....

Six weeks.....that's how long she has to have this thing on. It didn't happen playing pond hockey, it didn't happen skiing, it happen tripping down the sidewalk. I mean....REALLY!?!?! Much Love!

vegas....

This week has been INSANE! We are in the process of getting ready for one of our largest shows in Vegas that the boys leave for on Saturday. It's one of two shows that we do where we get to put our best foot forward and amaze all the buyers for all the boutiques that we sell to. So we have to get it right. With all the new samples that we have been getting from Peru, having to choose a new line has been tough, too many amazing choices to choose from!  Scary, but this is an alpaca sweater that we produced in the 80's and I just happend upon it while digging around in the warehouse the other day. Trust me we've had a HUGE evolution in our sweaters since then! Still fun to see!  Our new line of cottons. We've got two racks that we are sifting through to find the top 30!  On another note, check out Stella and my dad at the top of Hood with some of the CU kids. She sounds like she's having a blast! Missing her a bunch but we get to see her on Saturday. ...
